What will be the future: hydrogen or electricity?

They both have their pros and cons. For now, yachts running fully on electricity is almost impossible. You would need gigantic battery banks to sail a few days. Hydrogen is already better, but it is highly inflammable. And probably the biggest problem, almost all harbours don’t have a fuel station to fill up your yacht with hydrogen.
